- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on what what needs to be done with the dog and how long we think that will take. If it takes us longer than we estimate, there will not be any additional charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a short phone conversation with the customer introducing ourselves and gaining more information regarding the customer's needs and wants. After that we like to schedule a consultation to evaluate the dog.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been to multiple dog schools and countless seminars. I'm a Certified Master Dog Trainer and a Certified Behavioralist.
