The most satisfying part of my job is leaving a customers house in better condition than it was before I showed up. I hired Joey to do some plumbing for my master bath remodel. He is a true craftsman and takes pride in his work. He doesnt cut any corners and more than a few times went above and beyond what an average plumber would do to ensure the job was done right. He always showed up exactly when he said he would, his communication was very good which is important when you are trying to schedule multiple contractors to work in coordination with each other. He is also an honest businessman. A lot of contractors will come in with a really low price and then nickel and dime you once they get the job. Joey set his prices very fair and there was never an upsell. I did end up deciding to replace my water heater and do extra things around the house with Joey but they were all my decision because I trusted him. Its hard to find people these days that are both artisans of their craft and honest. Joey is both. Lastly, he was very good with my children! I highly reccommend Pleasant Lanier Plumbing.

Joey and John performed a complicated task of replacing outdated plumbing fixtures and supply lines. They were prepared for unforeseen issues and had additionsl items already on hand in his Company truck. The items that I did need, they were willing to pick them up from the supply store. They communicated well throughout the process and left the work areas clean as well as hauled away old toilets and other materials. They offered a fair market value price for all of the services performed, along with a warranty on the work. Lucky to find this contractor. They made us feel comfortable with this service.

Standard repairs are flat rate prices. Larger jobs are priced based on time and materials. We provide free estimates because it's hard to troubleshoot most plumbing issues over the phone.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I want to give them the best experience from start to finish. I work around your schedule and price everything up front. I'll present you with a few options for repairs and let you make the best decision for you. When I walk away from a job I want my customer to be satisfied with the work and feel that they are better off for it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years of hands on experience. Certified in OSHA 30. Over 5 years managing large construction jobs from start to finish.
