Rene and his team completed a large master bathroom plumbing remodel for us. Rene made me feel comfortable and kept me updated on the progress the whole time. Every step of the way he ensured my satisfaction and clarified he was giving us what we wanted. I'm sure to start every plumbing job with a call to Rene and his team! Very competitive prices and old school customer service, you can't beat it!

I bought a house that was pier and beam and before we could close the foundation had to be leveled. The leveling in one area was so much that it caused the waste line to separate and crack. Without that pipe connected I was not going to be able to close and did not find that information out until the night before! thankfully I had already signed up with thumbtack early Tgat day and Rene responded right after I got the phone call about closing. It seemed like a sign. So i called Rene. at 8pm. On a Friday night. He answered and I ran down the situation for him. He said he could do it the next morning at 8am. He and his cousin are great! They got to work on the pipe and by 10am it was done. Honestly it took more time for to get supplies than to do the actual work. I watched them work and they were quick and effective. They are polite, good communicators, and honest. they gave me a great deal. Did a beautiful job and cleaned up too. I also told Rene about my plans for the house and P & R plumbing will most definitely my first phone call. You need a good, honest plumber who isn't going to jack up pricing just cause he can... call P & R plumbing. You'll be really happy.

I worked with Rene to bid an underground pipe repair. After assessing the situation he bid the job $700 but since he was busy I had to wait 6 days for the repair. When he came to the site the day of the job the price suddenly increased to "at least $1,800" with no increase of scope of work. The second star is only for the phone and text responsiveness.

I had scheduled a appointment with them around 2:30-3 to fix the plumbing in the kitchen at my tenants house. We discussed the price of $60 for cleaning the drain. He arrived 5 hrs late and then charged my tenants $100 for late fees. Don't go to them, they'll rip you off.

Lol really lady omg next time call Jhon Moore plumbing,village plumbing or ars plumbing and see if they're are going to charge you that you know what I'll pay for it if they do it for that price, next time go to Craigslist and hire you a handyman wannabe plumber please
