- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m not the lowest-cost electrician, but I price my work fairly based on experience, safety, and quality. You’re paying for a Master Electrician who gets it done right the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by getting a clear understanding of the issue, then provide an upfront quote and explain the recommended repairs. Once approved, I schedule the work at a time that fits your schedule and complete everything safely, cleanly, and up to code.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background includes 2 years of trade school, 7 years of electrical experience, and earning my Master Electrician license. Before that, I served in the U.S. Navy working on radar systems, which taught me precision, safety, and disciplined troubleshooting.
