I contacted C&A for an inquiry about having my generator connected to a transfer switch. Gilbert messaged me back and forth several times over a couple of weeks to get an understanding of what I exactly wanted and didn’t talk about money. When we finally determined I really wanted an interlock kit and a 50 amp outlet, Gilbert took the time to provide me links to all of the parts necessary. One of the parts I ordered was defective and Gilbert was able to provide a replacement from his stock at a reasonable price. Gilbert did a great job installing the parts and provided guidance on how to operate and reviewed the specs of my generator and provided guidance on the load it could handle. Great customer service!
