Lateef was quick in responding to my message for the issues with outlets not functioning. He found the root cause of the issue, provided a detailed explanation and was fast in fixing the current issue. Lateef is an expert troubleshooter. I had lights and some plugs not working upstairs. The panel and the breakers were fine. Lateef proceeded to check outlets for open or loose connections. I thought I had a simple problem, and just needed a GICP Receptacle replaced ASAP! It turned out that the circuit breaker at the main panel was faulty as well. Kast Eletric easily handled the ASAP part (on-site in less than an hour), had the parts on hand, and expertly handled the replacement of the GICP receptacle and the main electrical panel breaker. Super friendly and professional. Highly recommended! KAST Eletric will be my go-to electrician from now on.
