Lopez Electrical came to check on my circuit breaker. They were professional and communicate leading up to the work. They did diagnose the issue but we chose not to move forward because we plan on renovating anyway. I didn’t give a five start simply because there was no service fee quoted and I felt he was overcharging just for the service call. He did come down on the price after I mentioned that it wasn’t on the app (told me I didn’t ask) so we we just agreed on a price for his time. Overall the work itself I had no issue with, he even was making suggestions and pointing out the things that needed attention. I just didn’t like the lack of transparency in charges. Makes sure to discuss prices before hand.
