My breaker box blew up late Friday evening. We could not find an overnight service to come out and begin repairs. I was able to communicate with Smallwood electric Friday and get a quote, I shopped around and even ended up going with a different company at first. Early Saturday morning I got a message that the company I hired wasn’t able to come out anymore. I immediately contacted Smallwood and they were at my home a few hours after. Santiago was an amazing help. He explained everything and put us at ease, even gave us a run down of what we should do moving forward. Jacob initially showed up to diagnose the problem, very helpful as well. Job well done! Our problem was fixed and we got an upgrade less than 18 hours from when the power first shut off.
