My breaker box blew up late Friday evening. We could not find an overnight service to come out and begin repairs. I was able to communicate with Smallwood electric Friday and get a quote, I shopped around and even ended up going with a different company at first. Early Saturday morning I got a message that the company I hired wasn’t able to come out anymore. I immediately contacted Smallwood and they were at my home a few hours after. Santiago was an amazing help. He explained everything and put us at ease, even gave us a run down of what we should do moving forward. Jacob initially showed up to diagnose the problem, very helpful as well. Job well done! Our problem was fixed and we got an upgrade less than 18 hours from when the power first shut off.

My experience with the Smallwood team went great! They responded super quickly when I reached out to them and gave me a free (and very reasonable!) estimate over messages with just a few photos on my end. When we added on an additional service and they had to come out to take some measurements, they were prompt and courteous and didn't charge us for having to come out. They arrived on time and promptly went to work replacing our panel, metercan, and installing a whole house surge protector and new fireplace outlet. Great jobs guys!
