My work stands out from others that do what I do because I love what I do and this is my passion. I put as much effort in making a simple cheek butterfly design as to making a full mask butterfly. I am also very responsible and when it comes to dealing with children, I am very, very patient. I enjoy painting in general. But face painting takes the challenge a bit farther because you are painting on a living (and moving) canvas. You have a nose and eyes that you have to take in consideration when painting as opposed of a flat surface. Give me a bit of an extra challenge and throw in a 3 year old, who likes to squiggle and move around a lot when being painted. What does this mean to you? Probably nothing. What this means to me is a huge deal. I can paint a kid in three minutes. When I am done, I feel self accomplished. I have been painting for 5 years. July 2016 starts my 6th year. And since day one, I have gave it my all to these kid's faces. When I see a little girl smile because she feels beautiful when she sees herself in the mirror, it gives me a sense of accomplishment and success as an artist. When I see a little boy roar and scream out his lugs to mimic the sound of a tiger I created on his face, run to his mom to roar and show his imaginary paws... I feel a great joy. It is just a pleasure to do what I do. Kids are the most genuine people on this earth. They will not tell you that they like a painting you did if they do not mean it. That is what I enjoy about the work I do. All the passion involved in it. The love I put into my art.
