Walked the whole house with us, created multiple quotes as requested. We did not end up going through with the offers as we changed our mind on the scope of work needed, but nothing of Carlos’s fault. Their quotes are detailed and sectioned by the category of work. He even invited us to his other job site to see the quality of work and finishes he’s using.

These folks really went above and beyond to help. I initially hired another company to remodel my kitchen. They tore everything up and then just disappeared, claimed staffing issues... So I needed to find another company to take the job over and start immediately. This is when I found 2x4 Construction. I was hesitant because I got burnt the first time around. But they made progress very fast and everything resulted in a great kitchen design and for way less than I was expecting to pay.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Discovery Call: Let's make sure we're talking apples to apples in our ability to perform what you're looking for, and the price feasibility of what you want done. Does it make sense? Let's get an initial design done.
2) $150 Design Consultation: 2D Layout of the existing space and how you want it to be changed will be reflected. Then we create a Moodboard based on your tastes and a few answered questions.
3) Design Presentation: Now time to schedule a time to discuss our design and what it'll cost. We'll build your bid right then and there and talk about financing if you need it. Love our initial ideas? Let's plan it out on paper! 3D time :)
4) Design Process: $2/sqft, non refundable. Product/Selection List is produced along with 3D layouts for you to use. This still doesn't obligate you to use us for construction, but it is required to give you an accurate bid. 3D Includes: Elevations for Cabinets, Tile, Custom Carpentry, Trim Electrical, Trim Plumbing, and exterior if applicable.
