- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No need for discount our clients pay nothing upfront. Initial phone consultation is FREE. After the consultation if we agree to work together you pay for the personalize plan that we create for you and we work with you to help you to implement the plan.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every engagement starts with an exploratory phone consultation where we answer questions and get to know the perspective client. After the initial call we work with the client to gather information and create a customized plan for that individual or business. We then help clients implement the solution and provide 6-12 month review to ensure that the plan is meeting the client needs. If the client needs changes the plan is adjusted accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 15 years working in the financial industry; each year I take courses relevant to my profession and maintain state requirements.
