Our pricing is straightforward and based on the scope of work after an on site evaluation. For cleaning only services, we offer a $99 basic chimney cleaning promotion when applicable. Repairs and rebuilds are quoted after inspection so customers know exactly what is needed and why. There are no hidden fees, and we explain all options before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call or message to understand the issue and schedule an inspection. During the visit, we assess the chimney or fireplace, review safety concerns, and explain our findings in plain language. If work is needed, we provide a clear estimate and timeline. Once approved, we complete the service, clean the area, and review maintenance recommendations with the homeowner.
