Where do I begin? I've known Travis Maines since high school and I can tell you he is an awesome person! I had a baby four months ago and I recently started going to the gym trying to get my body back and get back in shape. If you're a woman you know losing baby weight can be hard especially after a c-section. Travis knew I had been going to the gym and decided to introduce me to Herbalife. I have a heart condition so he even went through he packages to find out what would be safe for me to use! He has given me a meal plan, and a workout plan. I have to say I'm beyond excited to start my herbalife journey with Travis and track my progress! He is even working with me and helping me through it every step of the way. I'm grateful that he has taken his time to help me get my body back! I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone that is ready and willing to get in shape! Thank you Travis, I can't wait to see my results in the next month!

Travis is nothing less than an elite trainer. During my 9 months of being his client, he has taught me the do's and don'ts of fitness. Most importantly he helped me reach my goal and exceed it. Two words: AWESOME TRAINER!!!

He is very knowledgeable at what he does. One of the few trainers I do know that's professional and organized. If you're looking for GREAT results he's the guy you want to work with

Where do I even began? When I first met Travis I was currently working out mostly cardio, but was wanting to incorporate weights. I was unsure how to do this, but with his knowledge(and patience I might add) I was able to understand why this was an important part of a workout. Travis is a great trainer because he knows how to motivate you and push you all the way to your last rep. He knows how to mix things up so you don't get bored and lose intrest. So if your looking for a professional and knowledgeable trainer Travis is your guy!
