- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are competitive for repairs and installations. For accurate pricing, we prefer to do on site evaluations, but can sometimes do price quotes over the phone. We are insured and warranty our work. We are a professional company that has a group of verified technicians, not handy men.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call, we listen to what you need done on your garage and then refer you to a garage specialist. He will diagnose whatever the issue is either on site or over the phone and will provide you with his advice and an estimate. We can set up an immediate appointment or schedule in advance. We are happy to provide parts or work with parts you have ordered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of the company has experience for 15 years. Each technician is trained through our training process before going out to the field. We are a mobile service, so for an emergency, we guarantee to have someone near by you at any time.
