FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For us to give a 100% accurate price we need to see the property in person. On larger projects we prefer to do a draw schedule where we are funded per item to be completed. This is a goal oriented approach where we are paid as the work is completed. For smaller projects we are open to doing by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are designers first and foremost so we want to know your vision. Our typical first meeting is to see what your vision is as well as to take a footprint of the property. Once we get your idea we can render a 3D model of the final product to see if that is acceptable. We will get the design right and draw plans before starting the renovations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
