About
Hi! Thank you for reaching out to Cozy Custom Homes! The cost of building a custom home depends on several factors, including square footage, design, finishes, lot conditions, and site preparation. We'd be happy to provide a preliminary construction budget range during a complimentary discovery call.
To help us better understand your project, could you share: 1. Do you currently own land, or are you still searching? 2. What approximate square footage are you considering? 3. Have you established a construction budget or started the financing process? 4. When are you hoping to begin construction? Once we understand where you are in the process, we can recommend the best next steps, including our New Home Feasibility Consultation for clients ready to begin planning.

Cozy Interiors has been an absolute joy and pleasure to work with! I’ve dealt with other companies in the past that are no where near the caliber of cozy interior! I know my best interest is their main goal. From explaining what is needed to be done but actually explaining the why! Open lines of communication is the standard & the quality of their work is impeccable! I will be using Cozy interiors from here on out! Thank you for your continued, hard work, compassion, and dedication to your craft! It shows immensely.
