We have used Dads Home Repair, Houston TX twice this month! The first time was so well executed (a last minute need to update a rental house to get it on the market for sale) that I knew I could call them the second time for a similar last minute Preston, Help! Due to an inspection list needed as the sale moved forward. They are talented, responsive and trustworthy with your home and the communication and written quotes/contract process is clear and fast. I would trust them to take care of any project and count on them to refer out to reliable service providers for anything they are not qualified to fix themselves. Good people.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All materials are bought at cost and never marked up. Our labor depends on the time the job will take, and we can try to price match any reputable LLC company . We also offer a 10% military discount off of labor as a thank you to our service men and women.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have to come out and walk the job with our clients to ensure we make our quotes as accurate as possible. If the client agrees to the quote, we will send you a contract for services. The contract is your warranty and covers both parties for any legal issues, should one arise. Once the contract is signed, we will schedule the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years' experience and hire great people with expertise in different areas, to ensure that there is a pro for every type of job we come across.
