Pricing is determine in a case by case scenario depending on the complexity of the scope of work.

We like to have an initial meeting to see if the project will be a good fit between client and contractor.

We have been doing residential construction since 2006. There’s three types of clients a flipper, a primary residence, and a retirement home. Each on is treated differently.
