When I’m looking for a contractor, I want someone who’s skilled, on time regarding showing up and completing the job according to the agreed time line and a good value. Maxwell Remodeling was this and more. They arrived on time surveyed the job, made a few suggestions and submitted a detailed proposal. The job entailed repairing subfloor, installing a moisture barrier and new flooring in the entire house. The crew was professional, skilled and completion was on time. Once they cleaned up and left you couldn’t tell they had been there. Of course once you have new floors your walls look subpar and in need of new paint. I normally obtain 3 or 4 bids on projects like this as I had done with the flooring We were so happy with the flooring we hired them to paint the interior without obtaining additional bids. Again an excellent result on time and professional done.
