Geoffrey and his crew did an excellent job. From meeting me at the tile store to hep me decide to communicating every step of the way! His communication and commitment was excellent. His team went above and beyond to make sure the space was left clean. He was even able to resolve any unforeseen issues that came up in a very timely manner. What he charges for his time is more than fair and no negotiation needed. The work was completed in the time frame that he said it would be. Very happy with his work. He transformed an old dark space into a light airy space.

Details: Entranceway • Floor • 201 - 300 sq ft • No, I need the professional to buy the tiles for me

When I’m looking for a contractor, I want someone who’s skilled, on time regarding showing up and completing the job according to the agreed time line and a good value.
Maxwell Remodeling was this and more. They arrived on time surveyed the job, made a few suggestions and submitted a detailed proposal.
The job entailed repairing subfloor, installing a moisture barrier and new flooring in the entire house. The crew was professional, skilled and completion was on time. Once they cleaned up and left you couldn’t tell they had been there.
Of course once you have new floors your walls look subpar and in need of new paint.
I normally obtain 3 or 4 bids on projects like this as I had done with the flooring
We were so happy with the flooring we hired them to paint the interior without obtaining additional bids. Again an excellent result on time and professional done.

Details: Luxury vinyl flooring • 1,001 - 1,500 sq ft • Engineered hardwood • I need the professional to purchase the materials • Home

I had an amazing experience working with Geoffrey on my master bathroom remodel. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, communicative, and reliable. He brought my vision to life with detailed 3D designs that helped me feel confident in every decision before the work even began.
Geoffrey and his crew handled the tile installation for both the shower and flooring, and the craftsmanship is absolutely top-notch. What really stood out was his consistent communication—he provided daily updates on the progress and was always available to answer questions.
Most impressively, Geoffrey was on-site every single day, which is rare and speaks volumes about his dedication and work ethic. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and how smoothly the entire process went. I highly recommend Geoffrey to anyone looking for a contractor who delivers both quality and peace of mind.

Geoffrey and team were great from start to finish! They answered all questions I had and took care of everything. I picked my flooring and he was able to pick it up and get it laid properly. The process was easy, didn’t take long and my floors look amazing!
