What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) In-home consultation to go over project
2) estimate creation and presentation to client
3) once finalized, we go over paperwork to make it official and schedule work
4) permitting and planning
5) work begins, and a designated project manager assists you and communicates with you each step of the way!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years in the construction industry. I partner with professional, licensed tradesmen where applicable. I have studied and held certification in many aspects of my craft and can discuss which ones I have that are relevant to your project. I studied Business Management at a Christian University in St. Paul Minnesota
