Matt listens to what you want to learn and tells you what you need to hear. Great drills and communicates well with you on scheduling and any issues you have. Highly recommended.

Matt is horrible at responding to emails, messages, texts and phone calls. After nearly a week of correspondence and threatening to find another instructor, we set a date and time for 1 hour lessons each for my daughter and I. One hour before we were to meet on the day of lessons, Matt texted me and canceled our lessons due to personal reasons. Hard to imagine how you can run a successful business like this. We will be looking for a different instructor at another golf course.

Client never texted until I texted him once, never emailed we only communicated through messages on thumbtack and also we did not talk on the phone. Client was in a rush To book lessons now now now when I get busy on a regular basis and I have a newborn I am sorry for being unable to teach. Family will always come first. Client never gave me a chance and was in rush to book a lesson as fast as they could.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start off with asking what the student is wanting to get from the lesson and what is their future goals and go from there. I work well with teaching all ages the game of golf and love teaching them the game of golf and sharing my passion for the game.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a PGA Of America Member since 2013 and have taught thousands of golf lessons.
