- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes and no natural hair can be a bit different than any other styling. That's the reason for the consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do require a consultation for all new clients. Consultation is about 20 minutes long we discuss the history of your hair, your goals, if wanting extensions we discuss style, color, fiber, etc. It's very beneficial for the client as well as the stylist. We also discuss pricing.
