JC Wood Floors is a husband-wife team that are professional and responsive who perform quality work. We needed a new subfloor and wood flooring installed level with the existing floor. The work was performed as requested and looks wonderful. We are very pleased and would hire JC Wood Floors again. Photos 1) BEFORE with tile, 2) with tile and concrete subfloor removed, 3) final floor after JC Wood Floor install.

The project was to remove existing laminate finish on stairway and install solid treads and painted risers. They did an excellent job on a difficult project. The best indication of an excellent review is to simply state that I will be working with them again on other projects in my home.

We contacted JD for flooring and he was extremely prompt. He answered all of our questions and ensured the job would be done well. He did an amazing job at taking up the carpet and installing the new flooring with the color we preferred. He did such a swift professional job and we're beyond pleased! Josue has a great team and lots of talent for wood flooring projects. Before he started, we had a bad contractor that installed LVP, but that contractor did it all wrong. The floors were the foundation of my renovation, so I couldn't move forward with my home project. Just by luck, I found a post recommending JC Wood Floors. I sent a message and he was at my house same day to give a quote. He gave me a great price, and I was once again excited to start my project. It was a lot of work to undo the work of the previous contractor, then make the concrete as level as possible, then lay down the LVP again. After getting the floors leveled, Josue recommended putting wood floors down instead of the LVP. We agreed because I was already thinking natural wood is going to be a better material. I am so happy that we had the wood floors installed. All of the floors are level and flat and look so much better than before. He has also agreed to come back and adjust a couple of areas that changed due to the carpenter changing door casings or baseboards after the floors were finished. Josue's team did such a great job, and I could see that he had an eye for detail. Josue was the correct choice for my project. I wish I had found JC Wood Floors at the start of my project, but I am learning through experience. He will definitely be the first call next time I need wood flooring.
