Chimney and Insulation Solutions was my choice after having shopped around with several other companies because I felt they were honest and did a thorough inspection of my attic. Zalman took the time to explain everything in detail to me and gave me some great advice which I appreciated. Not only did I feel like they would do the best job, they were fair in price compared to other companies. The insulation crew was punctual, professional and took the time to ensure my house was left clean after instal. I would definitely recommend Chimney and Insulation Solutions to others and use them again in the future if needed.

The work professional who came to clean my chimney when it routed smoke into my house notified me of the estimated time of arrival and arrived exactly on time. He explained the process he would undertake and answered my questions politely and patiently, and carried out the process efficiently and neatly. He also was careful to clean up afterwards. All in all, he was very pleasant to work with and appears to have done a good job (though of course I won't know if the problem was solved until I start up a fire when the weather permits). I am quite happy to recommend him based on his apparent knowledge of the situation, the way he approached the job, and his treatment of me as a customer.

The work was well done. The only complaint I have is 750.00 is high for putting a few logs in a fireplace. I didn’t realize I just had to lay some in there and no installation.
