The work was well done. The only complaint I have is 750.00 is high for putting a few logs in a fireplace. I didn’t realize I just had to lay some in there and no installation.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On site free estimates. We offer a high-quality service and have fair and affordable pricing. We offer a discount for military personnel and first responders. Please feel free to contact us about other specials we have.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a free estimate for the full inspection. During the inspection, the technician will address any concerns you may have and advise accordingly. He will provide pictures, estimate and he will explain the process. Depending on the schedule sometimes the work can be done the same day or we will schedule at earliest convenience. AFTER THE JOB IS DONE WE WILL PROVIDE BEFORE & AFTER PHOTOS.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are fully trained, certified and insured.
