They were amazing to communicate with and they performed an excellent job. I hired them to remove old infected insulation and replace with new. They also replaced and rerouted some duct work. They worked with my hours of availability and remained professional throughout the project.

They came out to give an estimate on air duct installation the next day. The following day they took measurements. Then they returned earlier than expected the day after and completed the job, even doing more than we requested. We found them on Thumbtack late Tuesday afternoon and had the ducts installed by Friday afternoon. They cleaned up, were courteous, and had great communication. Also a good value for the work!

The salesperson was an excellent verbal communicator. However, it seems that the details of where the two solar fans were agreed to be located on the roof was not well-communicated to the installers. The salesperson was not present for the installation. In order to be properly located, I had to be proactive in ensuring they would be installed in the correct location.

I am so happy that I hired EZ Attic! The humidity in my bathroom was 70% and I had a damp ceilings and mold. They replaced all the ducts in the attic, suspending them from the rafters, washed the plenum of the AC, replaced the filters, and cleaned the vents in the ceilings. Now my humidity is down to 60% and I tested for mold. All good! It was about $3,000 but I got quotes for $1,000 more.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a high-quality service and have fair and affordable pricing. We offer a discount for active military & veterans, police, and seniors. Please feel free to contact us about other specials we have.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need to come first to check the levels on your attic insulation and to ma the full inspection. During the inspection, the technician will provide pictures, estimate and he will explain the process. Depending on the schedule of the technician and the customer, sometimes the work can be done the same day or we will have to arrive another day to do the job. AFTER THE JOB IS DONE WE WILL PROVIDE BEFORE & AFTER PHOTOS.
