We have designed spaces ranging from residential homes; a forever home and short term rentals, to clothing boutiques, swanky cocktail bars, hair salons and more. There is no project that is off limits for us.
We start with a 30 minute consultation to understand your project from beginning to end, from there we will collaborate on a mood board and then begin the launch of the design transformation.

I had the pleasure of working with Malika for a downstairs home project and I must say that the experience was exceptional. From the very beginning, her customer service was outstanding - she was attentive, responsive, and always willing to listen to my ideas and preferences.
One of the things that stood out the most about working with her was the quality pricing she offered. Despite the high level of expertise and creativity she brought to the project, her pricing was very reasonable and fair. Her negotiation skills were also top-notch. She was able to secure the best contractors for the job and negotiate excellent deals that saved me a lot of money. This allowed the project to progress smoothly and efficiently.
Most importantly, her vision for the space went beyond my expectations. She took a blank slate and truly brought it alive with her creativity and design expertise. The end result was a space that not only looked stunning but also felt comfortable and an oasis after long work days.
Overall, I cannot recommend Malika highly enough. If you’re looking for an interior designer who offers great customer service, quality pricing, and a vision that exceeds expectations, she is the one to work with. I am thrilled with the outcome of my project and grateful for her incredible work.

Hired Love by Design to completely transform my sewing/craft room. I had a general idea of what I wanted and communicated that to Malika. She "got it" and started formulating a plan. I did not like some of her design elements, but that was absolutely not a problem as she shifted to what I was conveying that I did want. She presented me with pictures and ideas to which I could select or suggest from. The day she showed up to "install" all of the new items, I stayed away until the project was finished. When she asked me to come take a look, I was totally blown away about the way the room looked when I walked in. It was EXACTLY what I was hoping for. She definitely nailed it! She took what was total and complete chaos and turned it into a room I now refer to as "Sweet Serenity". Thank You Malika!!

Thank you Love By Design for catering to my interior decor needs. I have been working with Malika for over a year now, she was my Real estate agent then became my interior designer. We started the project back in January. We consulted about a minimalist look for my living room and kitchen area. The living room is now more cozy and asthetically pleasing thanks to her.
I purchased my home beginning of August with the help of her as well. She made sure to take note of what I envisioned as a first time home buyer and she ensured my house would be move in ready by the time my lease was up. Malika was exceptional! I wouldn’t have been able to do it myself. She really came in with a plan and didn’t stop until it was done. She consulted with me on what made sense with the things I had and what needed to be replaced with a more simple, elegant and classy vibe where I was able to declutter and really revamp the energy in my home. She is a great communicator and really has a passion behind what she is doing which shows her natural ability to style and organize an entire space. I would recommend her over anyone to get the job done! She is a 10 out of 5 stars.
