- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
DESIGN SERVICES: DIT (Do It Together) Package This package enables you to be in control of your design and budget. We start with an in-home complementary consultation to unleash your design vision. Once discovered, you will receive a vision board with direct links to purchase the items you like. There is no mark up on these items, you pay the consumer price and have everything shipped directly to your home. The vision boards / selections are unlimited. We will continue until you satisfied! Once completed, home staging can be arranged, placement is everything. RATE: Pre-payment of $500 is required. This payment includes the first five hours of service (must be utilized within 7 days), which typically includes multiple vision boards and consultations via email, text and zoom calls. Once the initial pre-payment (5 hours) is exhausted, the rate drops from $100 to $80). PROJECT MANAGEMENT: I have vast experience with Project Management when it comes to any in-home project such as obtaining quotes, installation, assembly, painting, flooring, construction work/projects. I also have many vendor contacts to assist obtaining quotes. RATE: $85 per hour or flat rate, depending on project. SELECTIONS: I offer in-home flooring, paint, finish-out selections at a flat rate. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First comes the in-home consultation to help you grasp your design aesthetic. Then the process continues with vision boards, and guidance via email, text and ZOOM calls.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and experience comes from the multi-family industry and personal desire for “making it work!” I have an eye for design, selections, placement, and vision.
