- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on cost, materials and labor. Every job is different and estimated accordingly
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a introductory phone call. Then i request a meeting to discuss im person the project. If the homeowner decides to hire me i start drafting a design and writing an estimate for the job. When i get hired we sign a contract. And when the work is complete i provide a 1 year warranty
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 2 year college degree in architectural engineering for construct. And i have only worked in this field my whole working career
