Mario has done various jobs around our house over the past couple of years. From building a new doorway, replacing baseboards and door frames, repainting entire rooms, mudding cracks in walls, and a lot of grout work. Mario clearly takes pride in what he does and it shows in his work. He’s also a great guy!

Mario was great to my and my family. We had plumbing issues following the Texas freeze and you can be sure that Mario had dozens of people calling him for help. He always showed when he promised, stayed on the job until it was done and did really nice work. I can’t be more thankful - he was terrific and I would definitely recommend him!

Due to the snowstorm I had broken pipes that was a bit of a tricky repair. I had 2 other plumbers come out who didn’t want to take up the challenge. Mario came out in a timely fashion & gave me an honest estimate. He is very knowledgeable & very professional. The job was completed earlier than expected & he ensured that I was satisfied with the completed results. I highly recommend Mendonca Remodeling & will most definitely hire them for any future projects.

4-5 burst copper pipes. Mario worked all day Sunday to get the pipes repaired. He had supplies when so many other friends were on hold waiting for plumbers to get parts. He communicated well - he called to tell me when to expect him. I will definitely use him again & recommend him.

Mario was a great contractor from start to finish. He was available by phone and text, and answered all of my (many) questions promptly and fully. I contracted him to replace the patio door, the jam, and the brick moulding. He did an excellent job and was meticulous in the fitting and rehanging of the door. I’m already planning a few other jobs for him to do. I Highly recommend him for any remodeling job.

We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. There is a 5% convenience fee for credit cards.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a date for us to come and give you an estimate. Depending on the magnitude of the work needed we are able to give you an estimate on the spot. If you have a bigger job you needed done we will have a proposal sent to you within 24 hours from the estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 9 years experience of on the field training with interior and exterior remodeling.
