The repair was acceptable however the follow-up visit to check that the system was working properly did not occur. Contractor showed up on own accord and just turned the system on. Came out to inspect. Did not advertise that he would charge $40 to inspect. After providing the quote, asked me for $40. I said no, you did not tell me there would be a fee up front. He did not push the issue. I told him I would hire him to do the job. He advised me to wait until after the freeze. I contacted him a day or so after he told me he would come and fix the leak. He said he would still come. It has been 2 weeks and he hasn’t called or come to repair the leak. Poor service.Feb 8, 2018Verified
