FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In personal injury matters, we work off a contingency fee. This means you don't pay anything upfront. In fact, you don't pay anything at all unless we are able to get you cash in your pocket. When there's an actual settlement recovery, our contingency fee is either 33.3% or 40% of the total settlement, depending on whether a lawsuit was filed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To remain in good standing with the Bar, Texas attorneys are required to complete a minimum of 15 hours of continuing legal education courses every year. The attorneys at our firm are always eager to stay up to date on the latest laws, cases and legal trends. As a result, we typically exceed that 15-hour minimum requirement.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Accidents caused by drunk drivers; truck accidents; motorcycle accidents; pedestrian accidents; car accidents; on-the-job injuries
