I meet with each potential client to determine what is needed and the best plan to use to accomplish the desired goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law, Civil Trial Law and Civil Pre-Trial by The Texas Board of Legal Specialization and National Board of Trial Advocacy; I have been named to the Texas Super Lawyers list published by Thompson Reuters from 2011-2015, a designation received by less than 5% of Texas Lawyers. I am AV rated by Martingale Hubbell (highest rating available) based upon peer reviews by other attorneys and judges.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was in the insurance business prior to becoming an attorney. I was in both the claims area and brokerage side of the business. I have practiced law for 30 years in all areas of civil law, including business, personal injury and commercial litigation, along with extensive family law experience.
