I liked the services I received. Bill, the manager of lawn services, had a professional appearance and demeanor. He was prompt for our initial appointment, and followed up as promised. Bill gave me a contract with competitive pricing, meeting my needs.
George, the foreman of the work crew, introduced himself as a routine contact. The crew did good work and performed it efficiently.

Called T. Munger as soon as I was notified by Thumbtack. Spoke with Bill and Tina, arranged for an appointment the next day. Received a text message asking to reschedule the appointment. I texted back not a problem. Have called 3 times to get service, not one phone call returned. Apparently they didn't want my service. Very disappointing.
