Installed 3 toilets back in February. I've dealt with issues with 2 of the 3 toilets so far. On one, the wax ring was not installed correctly and leaked water through my ceiling. The other was not leveled properly and moves when sat on.Dec 10, 2018Verified

Toilet Installation or Replacement
Very poor work quality. He installed the Toilet which leaked and damaged the hardwood floor. The damage cost is way beyond original cost of labor. Cheng, we installed a total of 3 toilets for you. Two of the toilets were installed to your satisfaction. We informed you that there was an issue with the flange on the 3rd one and advised against installing it. You were in a rush and asked us to install it anyway. A few days later you told us it was maybe leaking but you couldn't be sure. The pictures shown above is a leak from the flange not our install. You need to have that repaired before have the toilet re-installed. We offered a full refund for that toilet and you signed the refund agreement. It says 15 days to process and it has only been 3. We understand you are frustrated but this is why we told you there was an issue with the 3rd install. We are glad you are happy with the other two toilets and your refund for the 3rd will be processed according to the agreement you signed. We wish you good luck with your future renovations.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We do have flat rate pricing on some services, but most services vary and require free estimates by us with the potential clients. We can also send formal quotes without an onsite assessment but the client would have to provide specific information for each service request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We love all of our clients, but we especially love making new clients into repeat clients. The process is easy and the same for everyone. The client tells us about their service needs, and we either email a formal quote or schedule a free onsite assessment. No selling. No obligations. No trip fees. We come to you, for free!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have a combined 10 total years of experience in the plumbing and electrical service industry, with our lead contractor (owner) having a journeyman license in electrical and journeyman license in plumbing. We also have very close relationships with Master plumbers/electricians for consulting if needed.
