I run some Airbnb's and Sam came right out same day to make keys for my supply closet which the cleaner had misplaced and saved the day! He even put some longer screws into a metal gate lock that had been coming loose for months at no extra charge! Great guy and locksmith!! He is definitely my "go to" moving forward thanks Sam!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge standard and competitive rates. These rates include our expertise to get the best job done. Our experts are licensed and arrive on site with all the tools needed to secure your property. Please call us for a basic quote. We prefer to do on site evaluations, but can many times provide a quote over the phone.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather all needed lock/door and contact information, then we determine when the job needs to be done. A locksmith will contact you to update you on his arrival. Any locksmith that does the work for you is licensed and our work is warrantied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Moses is a certified master locksmith in Texas and has experience from over 20 years. All locksmiths hired are licensed technicians with the state.
