- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are determined from the scope of the work, in the sense that they can vary for a multitude of reasons. Equipment type, scale of job, type of vehicle or if it’s residential/commercial work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to ask questions about the project or need, ask for pictures at times to be able to determine the need and solution, and typically find a response time within an hour or less depending on the urgency of services.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I did and apprenticeship with a traditional brick and mortar locksmith company for 6 months, under a team of professionals with over 35 years of experience.
