For example, I had an idea for a campaign to promote one of our products…I drew it up on a napkin and told Jason what I was trying to accomplish. After a few more questions, he went to work. What Jason came back with was NOT at all what I asked for…it was much, much better! The design looked professional and the headline was clever…way better than what I had pictured or what I scribbled on that napkin.
