- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because each job is different, I first find out about the details, then decided if the project would be best billed by the hour or as a project fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually first contact the new client by phone, discuss with them about the project they would like to have developed. Tell them about my background and skills and the different services I offer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25+ years of experience working in the print field. The majority of time I worked for a advertising agency producing job recruitment ads for open positions for many different industries. I have also designed and produced websites, ecards, web banners, Powerpoint presentations, and many other web-related graphics.
