- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free 30 minute mini session with the payment of a full session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is generally three phases in each sessions: exploration, goal setting, progress, and accountability. We explore with the obstacle to happiness. We set goal(s) to overcoming those obstacles. We measure the progress to completing the steps to overcome the obstacle. We accept responsibility for the progress and/or the lack thereof.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BSIS with the concentration on family psychology. I have worked as an crisis liaison with Texas Children's Hospital to help families cope with a terminally ill child in hospice from 2015-2016.
