- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Before starting any Mediation I always ask my customers about their other resolution venue and its cost. Do not let pricing stand in your way to get what is right for you. think of the outcome not the charges. Discounts are available for teachers, military, and first responders. First 15 mins free Fees are paid by both parties before the mediation is scheduled.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Bilal will take the time to provide a 45-minute free consultation. This allows him to get a foundation of the needs, wants, and goals of all parties. Once all parties agrees to proceed, a mediation schedule will be set.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Basic Mediation approved by The Dispute Resolution Center - Austin Member with Texas Association of mediator (TAM)
