FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the type of notarization or service you need. Standard notarizations start at $10 per signature, with additional fees for travel, after-hours appointments, jail visits, or apostille processing. We also offer discounts for repeat clients, real estate professionals, and bulk document signings. All fees are clearly discussed before your appointment — no surprises or hidden costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, we start by confirming the type of document and verifying identification. Next, we schedule a convenient time and location (mobile, online, or at a neutral site). I review the document for completeness (without giving legal advice), perform the notarization, and provide clear instructions for any next steps — especially for documents that need to be mailed, filed, or apostilled. For apostille clients, we handle the entire process — from notarization to Secretary of State certification — keeping you updated every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Texas Commissioned Notary Public and Certified Loan Signing Agent, trained in real estate closings, legal documentation, and international document authentication. In addition, I’ve completed specialized training in Remote Online Notarization (RON), Apostille & Authentication services, and document handling compliance to ensure accuracy and legality under Texas and federal law.
