- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the type of notarization, travel distance, and time required. Standard notarization fees follow Texas state guidelines, and additional travel fees may apply for mobile notary services. I offer fair, upfront pricing with no hidden fees and will always confirm the total cost before the appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I review your request and confirm the type of notarization needed. I then provide a clear quote including any travel fees. Once confirmed, we schedule a time and location that works best for you. I arrive on time, verify identification, collect payment, complete the notarization, and ensure all documents are properly signed and sealed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned and insured Notary Public in the State of Texas. I have completed the required state training and passed the background screening for my commission. I stay up to date on notary laws and procedures to ensure all documents are handled accurately and in compliance with Texas regulations.
