I was ghosted. She responded quickly on the booking day, but she never showed up. No calls, no texts…. So I missed a deadline for a project that I had been working on for over a month. I do NOT recommend this person and I will NEVER use Thumbtack again because their customer service was just as pitiful.

My apologies on your project deadline. As discussed during our initial conversation. I would confirm the job the day before arriving. Working with an app-based service request, we receive so many inquiries for a quote. Unless a job is confirmed arrival is not guaranteed. Working in the field are schedules face unexpected delays and challenges. I wish you the best in your future booking's.
