- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary on whether the customer comes to us or we go to them. Prices are also determined based on how many notorial signings and stamps are needed per customer. Pricing for Real Estate Closings are also different from regular notorial acts. please call for any questions regarding Real Estate Closings so we may provide you with the pricing for this service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically attempt to get the job done for every customer we can as soon as possible, but we also take appointments. If we are booked for that customer's preferred time or even if they are not available during normal business hours, we will do our best to still provide quality service and help these customers and arrange a time and place to get the job done even outside of our normal business hours. We also try to rearrange our schedule for customer's in need of immediate service when we have other customers that may be more flexible. That way we can help each customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Licensed Notaries and Licensed Loan Signing Agents (also know as Notary Signing Agents) that provide Notary Signing Services. We provide the option for customers to come to us or we can go to them. We specialize in Real Estate Closings but also perform other regular notarial acts.
