- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Base fees start at $6 for in-person notarizations when you come to our business and $1 for each additional seal within the same document. Each new document needing notarization follows suit. For online notarizations, the fee is $25 for online notarizations and $6 per each additional seal. For mobile notarizations, where SPM comes to you, base fees start at $6 for each notarization. Travel fees, after-hours, and weekend fees apply. SPM offers significantly lower travel fees than any notary public in the State of Texas, guaranteed. Discounts are available to veterans, and public university students & faculty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When clients visit online, they can book their desired service. They may also call or text our business number at any time of the day, every day. Once we determine the desired service, our agent reaches out to the client to confirm the details and date of appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Vicente Sanchez, founder & CEO, has been in the consulting business for over 6 years. He works as a public servant in the Texas legislature and has done so for nearly 7 years. He is a Certified, background-screened, and trained Notary Loan Signing Agent as well. Vicente is certified, bonded, and has E&O insurance up to $1,000,000.
