- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $110 per session (15 minutes to set up, 30 minutes for the cooking demo, and 15 minutes to clean up). Class size should be no larger than 10 people. Price includes supplies, one recipe demo, and a copy of the recipe for each participant.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I am a nutritionist, and have taught adults and children about the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I have worked with Baylor College for eight years as a research coordinator. I am trained in teaching the MEND program, which is an evidence based curriculum to help overweight and obese children maintain a healthy weight. Other certifications I hold include SafeServe, and the Sustainable Food Center Cooking Class training.
