Dubs aka Warren is amazing! He is very professional, non judgmental and above all motivating. There's variety in his workouts (except when he decides you're doing burpees at the start of each set...) and you will be getting your money's worth. My cardiovascular endurance has improved so much that I went up 5 flights of stairs thinking it was only 2; if that's not results, then I don't know what it is! If you decide to work with him, you won't regret it.
