For many years, I have struggled with weight loss.I have tried so many diets and workout programs and this is the first time, I am actually lossing weight and gaining muscle with the help of my incredible trainer. Dubs is a phenomenal trainer! He is patient, professional, and encouraging. He is not domineering and egotistical, but he is humble yet he challenges me to our outside of my comfort zone in my workout routines. I have been training with him for the past 6 weeks. Within the first two weeks, I saw a noticeable difference in my strength and energy level. In four weeks, I lost 12 lbs! I am enjoying the journey of becoming a healthier version of myself. I highly recommend Dubs to become your personal trainer!

They have been very instrumental in helping us get started back on a healthier lifestyle.We went through some medical complication post our delivery, due to which a regular workout was out of our schedule. we got hit with covid on our start to a healthier lifestyle leaving us without a trainer to help guide us. That's when Bab came to rescue by providing us a great workout partner/trainer who came home and got us motivated and into the routine.We worked with Erica and she is wonderful, fun and motivating. we have noticed good improvements in our energy and overall fitness.Warren from BaB is also very accommodating to our changes, being flexible and working with the clients.This company is an example of a good business where the customer and business both are equally benefited as part of the transaction.

Dontay is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! Ive ran across a lot of trainers & he is by far the most professional Ive come across.He stays on top of communication ,& any questions you have he will get that information to you.Not only does he help you train your body,he helps strengthen your mindset as well.He is very driven and patient as well!
