Personal training and nutritional plans have been great. Eric is very knowledgeable and able to personalize plans to achieve each individual's needs!! Very friendly and always flexible/accommodating with scheduling.

Training with Mr. Banks has been awesome so far.... I have been training with for a little over 6 months now and have dropped over 50 pounds with the help of understand nutrition and planning/ or setting small goals to be accomplished and of course training. I think forward to completing my goal weight and maintaining it with the help of one of the best trainer in the Houston area... I highly suggest you check him out.!!!!

Eric is a great trainer! Not only does he personalize your workouts for your body, he really cares about you. He can help you get to your goals with nutrition coaching. You won't make a mistake by having him as your trainer! In fact, you'll love it!

Eric has been my personal trainer for over 2 years now. During this time, my goal was to lose body fat while toning problem areas. He helped me achieve my dream body within months and now we just workout for maintenance. His nutrition plan is also VERY legit and really augmented my fitness journey. I frequently recommend him to my friends and co-workers and they have also seen results.
