We hired Gretta to photograph our family reunion. We booked her at the end of August for a photoshoot in late November. The day before the shoot, I didn’t receive any sort of reminder or confirmation. I ended up reaching out to her myself, and she responded promptly with the meeting details for the next morning. While I appreciated the quick response, it would have been nice if she had taken the initiative to confirm the plans beforehand. The photoshoot itself went very smoothly, and the final photos were beautiful, which we truly appreciated. However, some of the photos were delivered in black and white, and I reached out to request the color versions. Despite following up via email, Thumbtack, and text, I did not receive any response for over 10 days. Ultimately, I posted a review online, and within an hour, Gretta responded promptly. While I’m grateful for her eventual response and the quality of the photos, I hope Gretta improves her communication with clients moving forward.
